These delicious chocolate fondues are handcrafted with pure cocoa butter. To serve, just heat in the microwave at low power for two to two-and-a-half minutes, or in a "bain marie" for 15 to 20 minutes. Then stir and take to the table to dip fresh or dried fruit, or biscuits or croissants. The stoneware container will stay warm for at least 30 minutes. The crock is reusable.
The dark chocolate fondue, Fondue of the King, is made with 70% cocoa.
Ingredients: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanillin.
