Bordeaux Pomerol

Château Pomeaux has approximately four hectares of vineyards, which are located in a magnificent situation on the southeastern slope of the Pomerol plateau near the border of the communes of Pomerol and St. Emilion.

Château Pomeaux’s vines, which are 100% Merlot Noir, average approximately 30 years of age. Château Pomeaux’s vineyards are maintained in a meticulous manner and its wines are produced under the direction of Michel Rolland, one of the world’s greatest and most celebrated winemakers and oenologists.

The combination of magnificent terroir, the decision of Château Pomeaux’s owners to sacrifice quantity to produce an ultra-high quality wine, and the winemaking expertise of Mr. Rolland results in Château Pomeaux producing wines of the highest possible quality and elegance.
