Champagne Jacques PICARD vineyards comprise 17 hectares near Reims and Epernay.

There are three separate vineyards.  Avenay Val d'Or is  the regon of the "Grands Noirs", where the Pinot Noir grape can develop its character to the full. Montbré is known for wines of special finesse and elegance.  Berru is known for the body and roundness of its vines, and benefits from its location on the sunny southeast flanks of the "Montagne de Reims."

Champagne Jacques Picard uses three different grapes.  The white Chardonnay grape gives the wine its floral scent and the finesse and elegance of it's taste.  The Pinot Meunier brings maturity and suppleness to the wine.  The Pinot Noir grape bestows fruit, body and structure on the Champagne.
