Jacques Lapeyrie is based at Mansac, in a superb region of green valleys on the edge of Périgord.  In the grand tradition of the region, Jacques Lapeyrie prepares his whole duck liver in the old-fashioned way, with no additives.  Only the finest birds are used, fed on maize, and carefully prepared.

This Foie Gras de Canard Entier has a flavour of the countryside.   We offer a range of sizes in tins or traditional glass preserving jars.


We also offer three superb terrines, made in the Provençal tradition by Le Jardin des Saveurs.
