Is My Credit Card Information Secure?

At France to your door Ltd we take security very seriously. We want our customers to feel completely at ease with doing business with us over the Internet. We know that security is a major concern to some of our customers and therefore we have put a system in place that is far safer than giving your credit card details over the telephone or giving your card to a waiter in a restaurant.

Your browser will go into secure mode as soon as you click to go into the checkout or as soon as soon as you login. You can check that you are shopping in a secure environment by looking for locked padlock icon at the bottom of your browser screen.

Once this padlock is displayed all of your details are encrypted to keep them secure. We use the very latest SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology, which is the industry standard security protocol. The site uses this technology to communicate with secure browsers like Netscape and Internet Explorer. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone else to decode.

Your credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once the payment has been validated and approved your details are deleted. This does mean that you will need to repeat your credit card details for every order - a minor inconvenience -but one that makes it totally safe to order online with France to your door ltd.

Our Guarantee To You

We guarantee that you will not lose out by placing an order online with us. If your card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will do our best to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is in stock. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping bag. The stock status for your order will be notified to you on your order confirmation.
